Would someone please provide

1. a detailed step by step on using the Burdizzo on a man.

Some questions,

2. should I lay on my (a) back (b) sit in a chair with testicles hanging (c) get on all fours

3. Doing one testicle at a time, how many cords am I needing to find and what are the called and what do they feel like. Also does having had a vascetomy matter - the vas was cut and a section removed 5 years ago on both testicles.

4. Please add any other helpful hints, like use of ice, tylenol, bedrest, etc.

I clamp self my both balls 3 month ago. I needed Burdizzo and ice.

Ice take 10 minutes my balls (scrotum and cords) totally numb and this procedure was painless. My clamping was 10 minutes long and I add ice second time. Balls swelling up, I feel uncomfortable, not painfull. Today is my balls shrink and rock hard. My urologist is agree to take it out. We meet wendesday...

I feel self wonderfully and happy. I free.

I like the idea of Ice, and also having a Burdizzo, I'm thinking of doing the same as you.

Questions: You say you replaced the ice, how long did you have your balls in ice in total, and when you finally got rid of the ice did you have any pain after that ?

How long before your Balls shrunk..?

Can you explain your experience further please..... !:)

Instead of ice, you might want to try local (topical) anesthetic. You can buy mild ones at your drug store as toothache medicine or teething medicine (for babies). Or you can get more serious stuff by mail order:

I recommend Xylocaine w/epinephrine(adrenylin) and a small guage needle(25-29) for beginners. Please if you have never gave an injection find someone who has also.

That depends on WHERE you are, in some places you need a Doc RX for needles. Where I'm at I just go buy them, about 25 cents for a needle and 75 to 125 for the other part;)

I'm curious, how did your urologist react upon finding out that you had clamped your balls? Does he have any intentions of making you see a psychiatrist?

You MUST watch where you inject lidocaine w/epinephrine. DO NOT use it for a digital nerve block such as the fingers, toes or penis, unless a penectomy is what you want. Epinephrine is a vasoconstrictor, which means that it will close blood vessels much the same way as an elistic band would.

Here is something someone might try: How about injecting lido-eppy directly into the spermatic cords? These are easily felt when the scrotum is loose. Just feel the testicle. The cord is on top. It might just close off the blood vessels running to the testis & thus act like a "chemical Burdizzo". I think we would all like to hear the results.
