I hope I'm not one that you think is doubting it. Don't get me wrong. I frankly don't care one way or the other. Science is (I think) when you can make a change and measure the results. If you can't measure the results then its "art" Asking others if it worked in this way is not a peer review it just doesn't make any sense. How in the heck would anyone know? We can guess or give an opinion but thats not the way science works.
Medicine is called an "art" because there is so much to the human body its not as easy as A=B x C but "castration" is one of the few things that is easy to measure. I know your not cash heavy and may not wish to involve a doctor but you could get a hormone panel done with saliva (mail order) and expect to get fairly accurate results. If your total T is 100 or under I would say what you did worked. If you want a guess my guess is it didn't work. If my Testosterone was under 100 ng/dL I would not have ANY sex drive. I hardly had any at more then twice that.
Most cases that I've heard or read about using crushing techniques seem to do a good job of damaging testicles and reducing output but few castrate themselves. Human spermatic cords are not as "crunchy" as animal cords I guess? There was a video of this guy who couldn't pronounce Eunuch calling people to say he castrated himself with that animal clamp thing and then when he got his labs found out he hadn't done anything *as one example.
Interesting. If medicine is an "art" then I sure am going about this the wrong way!:D
As for crunchy cords, without a vas deferens in the way, there really was no crunch -- more of a squish. And my testicles shrank and got really firm almost immediately. But you may be right about it not working 100% since the body can and does heal itself.
I do thank you for your input. Despite your lack of medical expertise, it was your outsider viewpoint that I wanted. One tends to get caught up in oneself and hence the idea of a "peer" review came to mind. You certainly have managed to spur me into seeking a T level check.
As near as I can tell, I've suffered from having too much T most of my life. The apparent lowering of my T level has definitely made a change in my life. If my experiment has failed, then I do have the option of repeating it, as some Burdizzo users have done....:-\ Not that I really want to repeat the crunch... which means that my castration fantasy has faded -- so maybe it worked anyway??;)
In any event - I'll keep everyone posted as to what comes next.
