Re: life without HRT
Out of curiosity, is anyone taking HRT solely for strength issues? I do seem to have lost noticeable strength without testosterone.

If you take it for strength issues, Mr T will claim that is abuse, as only people who take testosterone for the same reason he takes it are exempt. BUT, I only care about helping people with knowledge, so, if you want great strength, Enanthate seems to be superior for that. It works better than just about all other forms of testosterone for this purpose.

Re: life without HRT
I am considering HRT because of two things strength and energy both of which I have lost a lot but those are so far just annoying.

Re: life without HRT
Without any Testosterone in my system being 24 now, it is very hard.
I am on 10 mg of Testosterone gel which has been helping, I guess I have to be patient for the other effects to take place.
I have no longer been though depressed.

Re: life without HRT
while I only have one side out, if I drop off my gel, my numbers drop below 100, Im not as full of energy, but I am calmer,
when I get the other side out, Im going to go for a while with out , and see whether I get the calm and like it or get frustrated,
but Im also scared to death about osteo, so I know I have to keep up the hrt overall to prevent the osteo from starting,
going to be some interesting experiences for me shortly

I wonder if going on a small dose of female hormones would be a good strategy for those who want to avoid osteo, but keep the benefits of castration? One would have to be content with a certain degree of feminization though.

...
Yoli here,
Bradley...I mean Snerdly...errrrr...BUDLEY...sorry. I'm one of those girls that does NOT do the artificial nail thing and I almost never break any of my 10 nails.
The secret? Simple! Just buy some packets of Knox Unflavored Gelatin (in a box, like Spenda or Sweet and/or Low) and each day dissolve a packet into a glass of orange (or other type) juice and drink it allllllll down...That's a good boy!
After 60-90 days you're nails will be stronger and more flexible AND possibly smoother and clearer. Also, gelatin will "lube" your joints and that's a real plus, especially as you age.
My nails are strong and so clear that the pretty pink beneath makes them look like they gotten a coat of a slightly-tinted polish...fingers, thumbs, and the toes I love to show off and tease with. I'm so proud of my assorted digits that I rarely use an opaque polish.
Again, bite the bullet and try what I recommend. It'll take 60-90 days to really show improvement but it WILL work. I also eat a serving of JELLO(TM) at least three times a week, sometime with fruit molded, sometimes not, and that is provably beneficial as well, but is NOT a subsitute for the Knox Gelatin.
Once you've reached the level of improvement you desire you can do the gelatin bit three times a week, eat JELLO at least twice a week, and you should "maintain".
So as your sweet little limp (I assume) peepee is concerned, sadly, neither the gelatin nor the JELLO will offer much benefit...

Yoli again,
I meant 20 nails and I apologize for "you're" when "your" was appropriate.
Darned Margaritas!

Re: life without HRT
Yoli is 100% correct. I am genetic female and have always had soft fingernails. Since I have only five, I try to take good care of them. I learned early on, that one of the easiest and least expensive ways is good old fashioned Jello. Time proven and safe. Works for Women, Men and Eunuchs.
