I'm really talking more about the long term pain as a problem, because I've done many extremely painful things that I could stand in the moment I was doing them.
All the things I've done:
- burdizzo
- various crushing under weights, in vices, etc.
- direct into testicle injection of acid, injection of alcohol, injection of salt, injection of estrogen
- needles through balls
- elastrator up to 10 hours
- cut scrotum enough to view testicle
- burned penis extremely badly (stove, hot glue, electro-cautery gun, soldering iron, cigarettes)
- injected foreskin with glue, injected foreskin with silicon gel
- cut off pieces of foreskin
- split the head of my cock
- needles through my cock
None of these in any way achieved castration, but many sent me to the hospital, and all had chronic pain after effects.
I am not sure if you are trying to castrate yourself now and do it painless?
If your are I am sure you have heard this and do not like this answer on this painless way. When you see a medical doctor he will make it as pain less as possible. If it is a general or local you will fell little or no pain. With my local the only pain was the injection of the pain killer. A couple of pin pricks and you are all numb in the sack. Another injection in the cords and just lay back and let the doctor do his thing. You are stitched up have the ice bag on your groin and an eunuch.
