I always have a hard time mustering up too much sympathy for those priviledged people who overdo it...what really could have been so bad for Heath Ledger, or Brad Renfro for that matter...i know it sounds cold...but there are too many real people with real problems for me to think it some great tragedy that some actor boy never grew up.

perhaps God wanted some time in the tent with Heath!

All the James Bond actors are still alive...wonder why.

Maybe a martini a night isn't such a bad thing after all.

I would have to substitute the vodka or gin with somethin' like Tequilla or Congaq, however. Any good recipes?

My post was info only.

The only celebrities I have any compassion for as the young ones, while they're young. No matter how talented any of 'my' boys might have been, I'd never allow them to be exploited for that fifteen minutes of fame. I can't say I feel anything for adult celebrities, though. One reason I avoid broadcast TV in all forms and don't click links on pages like CNN that try and continually shove celebrities and their foibles down our throats.

Heathen! Blasphemer! There should be a law. Something handed down from on high, carved into a stone tablet.

"Thou shalt make thine martinis from three, and only three ingredients. Gin, vermouth, and olives."

Anything else might be damn fine cocktail, but IT AIN'T A MARTINI.

Not all of them if you count David Niven who played Bond in Casino Royale in 1967.:📖

Sounds like someone who knows a good martini. Now I am thirsty for one. Luckily I have Bombay gin, Martini & Rossi dry Vermouth and olives. After lunch I will relax to some music and sip a Martini.

I also need to buy a dvd of Brokeback Mountain and then buy a dvd player. I thought Heath did an incredible job in that movie. I will always remeber him for how he moved me with his performance.

I just want it known now that if you should find me slumped over dead somewhere, the first thing I want you to do is notify the Olsen twin of your choice. Call them repeatedly if you have to, then call 911.

Oh, and the dead before their time male actor trifecta is complete. We now have Christian Brando dead, age 49.
