Mexican surgery?
I wonder if anyone has any experience with an orchi done in Mexico? I am sure there are many qualified surgeons there. Since Mexico seems lax on what you purchase at pharmacies, I would think that similarly it would be easy to find a surgeon. I raise this question as clearly it is cheaper to fly to Mexico City than to Thailand, etc. input appreciated, helen

How far away from Trinidad are you? Check in with Dr Marci Bowers and ask her office what is required for an Orchiectomy. She also is well versed in SRS.

Re: Mexican surgery?
The handfull of "doctors" in Mexico that I have known of doing on-demand castration have all been butchers of the lowest order. There may be some competent people doing it there, but I have never heard of any. --FLO--

Re: Mexican surgery?
Hi,
I know that you are asking specificaly for non-Thailand options, but I just received this reply form a Thail surgeon this evening.
I had my castration done by him in a private international hospital last April and had the best care possible with absolutely no complications or pain and only what I can only discribe as minor discomfort and swelling. My healing was perfect.
He is a SRS surgeon and will only perform SRS for me, not nullification, but he has no problem with me presenting as male for surgery, he is a genuine doctor and his primary concern is that he is doing the surgry for the, as he describes "the right reasons".
I am available if anyone wishes to pm me, to discuss my castration experience by this surgeon, with genuinely interested people seeking a safe professional option.
These boards have given me a lot of useful information and support I would like to return that to anyone out there who genuinely needs help

Re: Mexican surgery?
I've actually been WORKING since I made my morning post! Time for another post or two, then milk, cookies, and a nappy. (Then...Dinnahhhhh at P.F.Chang's...which I ain't paying for...and maybe an evening swim to work off the excess eating.)
Oh, yes. About the Mexican doctors; Some of you might recall that Barry T(he) Eunuch was "modified" by one in Juarez, across from El Paso. So far as I know, Barry has had only nice things to say about the experience. The same MD later did a castration on one of Barry's acquaintances and, again, no complaints. Mind you, this was several years ago and Heaven only knows who/what is available there now.
Barry has related that the doctor was kind, caring, and totally at ease with Barry's request. Not only that, but the good doctor's staff, all two of them, were likewise. The older of the two, a lady in her 40's, did, with the doctor's apparent approval, spend some time with Barry trying to get him to change his mind about being snipped. This doesn't sound like some quack motivated by greed or some dark desire to castrate anyone he can.
Barry's mother was allowed in the room and held Barry's hand during the snipping. Of course, she's mostly to blame for Barry's decision to BE snipped in the first place. El Barrito has told me that Mommy Dearest seemed a bit aroused by the procedure and watched intently. Somebody ought to shoot that bitch.
Taken as a country that Hellhole does, I'm pretty certain, have a higher quack-to-competent ratio than the US, but I've heard some great things about some Mexican MDs, and a few dentists as well.
Well, that's my dos centavos worth, senores, and I'm sticking with it, en todo!.
Love and a skilled snipper to all (May I watch, PLEEZE..at least until I faint and collapse in an adorable little heap?)
(And now, three...make that four...five...TBA...oatmeal/raisin/walnut cookies con leche followed by a nap on the old TempurPedic.
Yoli
