Re: Global Warming
I think one of the consequences of climate changes is that weather patterns tend to be more extreme.

And to think I move here on my own accord. sigh, Actually I like the winters, Rupert hates them, go figure he is a cat. In talking to a friend the other day we got around to Andrew, yes the one that lives in LA. In the winter he has his flannel jammies, flannel sheets, heating blanket, bed spread and the heater on, he told me once it gets down to sometime 55 at night. Hell at 55 we still have the windows open.

In my case, I have a window cracked since the PC is in the same room/office where I sleep. That dual core sucker really puts out the heat!
The first time I was at Eunuch Central, the temperature hit 35F one day, or so. It was clear and sunny, and the little kids bowling league all showed up in shorts and some in sandals...with vest/coats. Sure fire proof I was in MN/WI. Friend said that at 45F, they were liable to ditch their shirts...

Re: Global Warming
Shame on all you guys for using that fossil fuel. You realize, don't you, you're heating your homes with decayed dinosaurs and the plants they crapped on
Fortunately, here in Southern California we don't know what a REAL winter is and our houses are heated with natural gas.
If River, Paolo, Krister and tugon would only consume more beans, they'd have more than enough methane for home heating
