There are female to male transsexuals that not only have full hysterectomies, but also have the vagina lining removed as well as the inner labia and have the outer labia all sew shut. Some have testicle implants put in the labia majora and the clit becomes enlarged with testosterone. Part of the deal was cosmetic. I think that having a smooth groin is so much more attractive than the standard equipment.

More importantly, I do feel that I want to restrict my physical pleasure...or at least control it. I can still orgasm and I still have two holes for penetration (oral, anal) as well as breasts and nipples. I get as much pleasure out of giving pleasure to other people and lack of equipment enables me to focus on that alone.

Sometimes I feel like I still have a vagina and even a clit, although that has been gone for 8 years. I still thrust when I orgasm. Go figure. I don't complain.

Yeah, I think a smooth groin is also attractive. My own groin is pretty messed up. Still have a little ugly scrotal skin that I'd like to have removed and my penis, well since my castration it's shrunk and I never pee with it anymore, I have a reroute fortunately. I got the reroute in preparation for my penis removal. I just can't do it, physically remove it myself. I've tried, but maybe someday I'll be able to get past my fear. Today I really had a heightened desire to remove it and the desire still hasn't gone away completely, but it's lessening each hour. Don't no where it comes from but every once in awhile I'm consumed with the desire to remove my penis and be smoooth. Was your clit completely removed? Where does your orgasm come from?

My clit was removed by a real doctor and is totally gone. My mom saved it and I still have it in a jar...a beautiful Y shaped thing. I don't miss it.

I would never have thought that it would be Y shaped, but it makes sense. About penis removal, that's the problem, you can't find a professional to remove your penis unless it's cancerous. Could go to Thailand, but not to keen on doing that. Thanks for sharing jersey.
