Weight loss - quite simple.
Cut the junk carbs, no pop, no fast food, no caffeine.
Take a long walk each night.
High protein, high fat, low carb - fresh food, avoid packaged.
I lost about 60 lbs. this way, with 30 of it being in a month.
Of course, I had diabetes to help, too...but the other 30 came off with good blood sugar control still. In fact, Jesus A was very upset that I was continuing to lose weight. I had to resort to copious amounts of sugar free candy and cookies to stop that.
