What has happened to BME?
I have been a supporter - financial and through photos (either openkoori or cliffjay) - of BME since it started and I am aware that it is through the owners generosity EA has been able to continue.
However with 3 months gone and the site frozen I suspect that it will never revive and so anyone with pics on there who wants em back should probably go get em - sad tho it is.
If I am wrong and someone knows that BME WILL recover PLEASE tell us and we can leave things as they are.
All the very best to EA members for 2008

No one knows for certain. Lawyers have a way of keeping things all tied up for one, two, three years at times. In the mean time we can only sit back with a bowl of popcorn and watch. Enjoy the fun!

Re: What has happened to BME?
While I don't want to get too involved in the politics and lawsuits that are currently involved, there are two other (http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=12347) threads (http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=12024) that touch upon what's currently going on.
Suffice to say, there are some signs that things will be returning to normal soon, or at least relatively so. Unfortunately the court system is not exactly speedy.
I have every confidence that it will be resolved soon, BME will start updating, and things will eventually get back to normal.

You may want to write and check, but I was under the impression that the timer on accounts was frozen until things get back to normal over there. I'm pretty sure those with ongoing monthly subscriptions have not been billed for a few months, and yet still have access to everything.

My IAM was supposed to expire, but then I get this:

Re: What has happened to BME?
I keep getting ones that say my expirey date is set to May of 2009. Same date each time.
