Need Full penectomy info

I saw a website a while back that was done by a guy named Tom, I think. He had info on his operation including diagrams, procedures and pictures. If anyone knows the address, i would like it.

ALSO, I am personally looking for information on a full penectomy or Nullification. If anyone could guide me to the right websites that might give me information on what I need to de and where i need to go to get the operation, I would appreciate it.
