Sometimes I don't know what comes over me, but I decided to get the actual word "Eunuch" tattooed across my pubic area. I chose a specific older female tattoo artist who was happy to grant my request. She asked some personal questions about my being a eunuch and that was in itself exhilirating. Of course her questions dealt mainly with my castration and not being able to readily talk about it with people, it gave me a sense of relief & release. This artist told me she had seen several eunuchs during her time as a tattoo/piercer. That was about a month ago.

Yesterday, I decided to take a bigger plunge. I have always wanted to get the head of my penis tattooed, but of course that takes nerves of steel and the ability to endure extreme pain in a real sensitive area. But being a eunuch and having lost some sensitivity in the tip/head of my penis, I decided to do it. Someone mentioned using a tooth/oral desensitizing agent, so I bought some, made an appointment with a different female tattoo artist in a differnt tattoo parlor and went for it. This artist, according to her bio on the tattoo parlor website, was lesbian with bi-sexual tendancies. She looked very feminine with just a few piercings and one tattoo that I could see. Her bio described her as being pretty wild and she was in her mid to upper 20's.

Anyway, about 20 minutes before hand I applied the oral desensitizing jell. That stuff really helped a lot. I got my glans tattooed a magenta bright pink, she suggested the color. The female tattoo artist didn't have any hesitation, in fact, she just told me to pull down my pants and hop up on the table. But

when she saw my "eunuch" tattoo and realized that I was a eunuch, she seemed a little shocked and amazed. She couldn't resist and asked me questions about how I became a eunuch and did I like being a eunuch. I answered that I did like being a eunuch and she seemed even more amazed. I told her that a lot of men want to become eunuchs and that more men are trying to become eunuchs, but it's not easy. Then she grabbed my penis, which was trying to hide, and went to work. Initially I got an erection and could feel the needles, but it wasn't really that painful, in fact, I found it erotic. (The oral desensitizing stuff really helped). But my erection keep going up and down, soft to hard. Everytime she started to tattoo the head, it started to go soft. So she pulled it and stretched it to get the skin tight. Then she'd wipe off the skin and got more ink, during those few seconds of intemission, I'd get another erection. This went on for a good twenty to thirty minutes. She was really rigorous in handling my penis, but I didn't feel sexual, but satisfied, that's the only way I can describe it. Then she was finished, but she said, "You'll have to come back for a touch up in a month, no extra charge. Gential tattoo's always require touching up." So I've got to go back in four weeks and I'm actually looking forward to it. I will say that near the end, the pain got more intense, but it was still bearable. So if you've never done anything like this and you're looking for something fun & exciting, try it, you'll like it, despite the pain. Hash P.S. anesthetics always help, the glans and scrotum can absorb the OTC stuff well. If you can get it, EMLA, which can U order online because its OTC in Canada, can 100% numb any area of skin, apply it for 60 min for 2 hours of numbing, the penis it works faster, to keep it wet and asorbable just put it in a condom and put that on, then spread the emla cream all over the inside of the condom. In a few min you wont be able to feel your dick at all. If you have foreskin be sure to unroll, as the inner skin absorbs it easier & more completely.

I got RX for it to spread on my scrotum when my stiches get to bothering me, it works wonders! a little goes a long way, a small dab rubbed in and i cant feel my scrotum for a while, and the stiches either.

I want to get a tattoo (my first) on my ass declaring my status as a eunuch however I now have to wait for my doctor to give the go-ahead. I gained an infection while in the hospital and, for now, I have to be careful of things that penetrate my skin. It will happen though, if I have my way. I admire Hash's courage in going for a glans tattoo, I've heard how painful they can be. --FLO--

I have wanted to get a tatoo for ages, with my blood type.

Now you've given me an idea.

I am going to will my genitalia to the EA museum anyway, but mine are fairly standard issue, some penis & scrotal artwork could make all the difference.

I've never had any plans to be castrated but I'm talking myself into it, year by year. Now that I've found out that my best mate wants to get done it will probably happen, then I can get some artwork on the empty bag.

Congrats, Hash, on both tatoos. I think the Eunuch tatoo is really cool. Do you regularly shave that area so it's always visible? When I was in my 20's, I fairly regularly, painted my penis with finger nail polish or lipstick. No clue why I did this but obviously I thought the area needed some decorating. Not sure I could take the pain of a glans tatoo, though. I've been wanting to get a tatoo for years and with all the liberation I'm feeling lately I'll probably go for something soon.

I was informed recently Todd that there are a number of numbing agents that many tattoo artists use and that work great. I googled, "tattooing anesthetic" and several websites popped up that sell "numbing" agents that you can easily purchase. I'm going to try one of them to see how it works. You might want to try something like this to see if you can take the pain, I'm sure it'll help a lot.

My tattoo artist won't allow me to come back for 4 weeks, but my tattoo already seems healed. I only recently got the "eunuch" tattoo (mid-Nov.) so right now it's still standing out, though some hair has grown back. Actually it's above the main pubic hair line, so less hair grows there.

A first warning: There are a number of quite different words for “eunuch” in the various East Asian languages. The Japanese language, for example, is more closely related to English than it is to the Chinese language! The East Asian languages may share some of the same writing system, but they are no more related as languages than the many languages that share the Roman alphabet. The same character can mean different things in the different languages, though most of those that are eunuch-related have been borrowed from the Chinese – together with pronunciations that are loan words from the Chinese.

If you want to get an Asian language tattoo, make absolutely certain that it means what you want it to mean in your language of choice, and that it doesn’t mean something entirely different (and unacceptable) in one of the other Asian languages. Make certain, also that it is not upside down or backwards – as are far too many Japanese, Korean and Chinese tattoos that I’ve seen displayed in public. Try to get a stencil that is in a good hand as well. My daughter’s boyfriend has a tattoo that both doesn’t mean what he thinks it means (my wife and I have never told him) and is written in a handwritting that looks like that of a small (and nearly illiterate) child. We’re reluctant to take him to visit family in Japan for fear of how many people will be laughing at him.

The web site Hanzis Matter (www.hanzismatter.com) has hundreds of pages of cautionary tales about Asian tattoos gone wrong. There is an entire genre of jokes in Japan having to do with cross-cultural misunderstandings between Japanese and Chinese who write characters to each other, thinking that they mean the same thing. My favorite such joke centers on a pair of characters that together mean "chicken eggs" in Japanese, but mean "human testicles" in Chinese.

Slammr has posted on his web site a list of words and characters for ‘castration’ and ‘eunuch’ that I wrote up. Kanji for “eunuch” (www.slammerstories.net/special/pages/eunuch_kanji.pdf) can provide a starting point for anyone who is interested. I have also provided stencils in different fonts and styles for some individuals.
