Silicone Injections Can Kill

I have seen some threads here on EA about injecting silicon in various parts of the body. Friday I was watching, Dr.G Medical Examiner on the Discovery Health channel and she was doing an autopsy on a TS woman. This woman had her SRS surgery in Canada, 3 months before she died in Florida. Dr. G said she wouldn't have known right off that this women was not a genetic female had she not been informed previously. Dr. G was able to figure out that this women died from injecting industrial grade silicone into her breasts at a "pumping party". Evidentially she had done this before, but on this last occasion the silicon got into her veins, which caused a lack of oxygen to her organs. A friend tried to get her to go to the hospital, but she declined. Dr. G said they might have been able to save her had she gone. The only good thing in this tragic story was that Dr. G always referred to her as she would to any genetic female. I really like Dr. G. She seems like a very caring person. She always tries to give comfort to those left behind to grieve.

I guess the lesson from this story is, never inject anything into your body that isn't intended for that use.
