The public medical setting does it for me too, partly I think, due to the fact I have been there in reality. The first few times were really embarrassing and not very pleasent, however with time I grew to like it. On my last hospitalization, on nurse night shift change (all female) a group of four or five female nurse went by my bed, the head nurse made loud comments about my scrotum and testicles to all other nurses.
