Unable to paste?

I thought some in this archive might be interested in seeing the e-mail that Dr. Spector wrote me concerning my upcoming surgery (see personal histories). I used "copy" to place a copy of the e-mail on the clipboard. However,when I tried to paste it into a message on this board, nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong? (Yes, I am barely computer literate.):(

It should work Andrew. Here are a couple of tips (if you are using Windows)

1. Make sure you have actually copied the text I know it sounds silly but I have done this before.

2. When you click into the box where you want to paste the text, either right click and select 'paste' from the pop up menu or;

3. Hold down the [ctrl] key and press [v] at the same time - the keyboard command for 'paste'

([ctrl] + [c] is the keyboard command for copy, by the way)

OK!!!!! It was that right-click and paste that worked! I didn't even know that trick. I'll repost the Dovtor's e-mail in
