hormone maintentance for feminization

I have been taking androcur 200mg as well as 4 mg of estrofem daily to achieve some level of feminization. I am quite pleased with the changes as they are today and wondering what would be the most effective way to keep these changes just as they are and not continue to feminize any further.I am doing this essentially on my own so I would appreciate any advice from those with more knowledge and experience on dosage level etc. on how someone can maintain the status quo, not continue developing yet keep the changes gained intact.I feel like I am fooling mother nature a little and am thinking if you just stop abruptly that the body will revert to its original shape or maybe something worse so any help on a strategy would be greatly appreciated.

If you are certain you can live without T for the rest of your life, then the first thing I would do is consider surgical castration. Androcur is probbaly liver toxic in the long term, and it is also expensive. If you were castrated, there would be no need to take it anymore, and you could also take lower doses of E.

As far as the E goes, the dose you are on now is moderate for a person of typical response to E. Not too low, not too high. It will probably do what you want, however keep in mind that over time your body will continue to feminize to some degree so long as you are taking any dose of E and your T levels are low enough. How quickly the feminization happens and to what degree depends on your dose of E (assuming T within female range).

Your personal response to E as determined by genetics also plays a part. Some people can take 200 mg a month of injectable E and get minimal feminization, while others can take 1 mg orally a day and get feminization that makes their life as a man difficult (note that I did not say "unable to pass as male" - that is completely different and only achieveable by a few). Unless you are one of those few, the worst that will happen is you'll get to a point where you are people wonder how a man can look the way you do (but will still see you as a man).

If you did not go for surgical castration and quit the Androcur, you might be able to take a dose of E high enough to maintain some degree of feminization, but low enough so that the testicles are not completely shut down. This is tricky to do on your own and probably impossible - a doctor who is knowledgeable and willing to help someone achieve the goals you are after is your best bet.

If you don't want castration and also do not want to quit the Androcur, then assuming your response to E is fairly typical, an E dose of 2 mg daily should do what you are looking for.
