Certainly the child is handicapped. He won't grow normally now, his body won't mature properly..

Pre-Adult and Post-Adult are too completely different things when it comes to castration. Also it wasn't voluntary, and there will most likely be mental issues from the trauma as well...

My question is why wouldn't he need hormone treatment AFTER 60?

Here in the states, any male whose body does not produce or has diminished amounts of testosterone is not elligable for disability because of that. Morning tiredness and woozines, once in a while nausea aside, there really isn't any other handicaps. --Just have to get motivated and moving with some type of exercise is all (very important).

Poor boy and his mother. I thought that the boy was really handicapped. But the government rules are very strong. When we approaches government they made several excuses. We had to change this attitude.

Sure they go down as you age but no way do they suddenly crash to eunuch levels at age 60, or 70, or 80. Perhaps by 90, if we live that long, testosterone is a thing of the past in most cases, but not necessarily all. One of my mates is nearly 90 and he's a randy old goat. The sad thing is that after they operated on his prostate a few years ago he became impotent. It doesn't stop him from wanting a sex life though.
