If you google 'partial penectomy,' you'll find the results on the ability to orgasm by guys that've lost their glans or even most of their cock. I recall one website reporting the resuts for dozens of guys (most or all for medical reasons). Avg remaining length was 4cm (1.5") and most reported little impact on ability to orgasm. Only total loss may affect ability to orgasm. Main issue seems to be psychological impact rather than the physiology of the loss.
