Other past posts on here have covered well documented sudden death in men, even healthy young men, from the intense pain caused by testicle destruction. It can trigger fatal shock, heart attacks, and other death, even with fast medical help on scene immediately to help.

Crushing a testicle into open rupture could certainly lead to arterial bleeding of the major blood flow in either spermatic cord that each ball hangs down from inside the scrotum. You could bleed to death very fast and pass out helpless to stop any bleeding even faster.

You might as well play Russian roulette with a loaded gun. Play it long enough and you will lose for sure.

Forget the agony folks, the real risk here is uncontrolled internal bleeding.

It is definitely life threatening to just crush the ball as a whole just like that. No one should do that at all unless its meant to be suicidal. I tried crushing in the sense of "pinching" from the side by bits working a small area over a very long time to be able to now just "crush" pinch it and feel the gritty bits... and even now... there is pain when doing it. And our testicles, being inside, we cant really see if there is bleeding or anything... so it is definitely always not safe to try such things. I only do it bcos i am prepared to face the consequences. So still, although i do it, i will advice others not to do it as it is high risk... although i know there are those who will still do it....

My wife has crushed my balls many times during play as have I with a vice and with needle nosed pliers. She’s also crushed them between her teeth several times. We recently decided we don’t want to have any more children, and I will be getting a vasectomy next month. In the meantime she has stepped up the pressure so to speak, and last night did something similar to what you mentioned while squeezing. She had my balls banded in hair ties, took the left one with both of her hands and pressed as hard as she could in the middle with her thumbs, with her nails digging in. She was actually able for the first time to touch her thumbs to her fingers numerous times. It was very painful but in less than a day my testicle has recovered. They’re definitely resilient as hell, but just in case we do live right near a hospital, have good insurance and a story in place in case of an ‘accident’.

It sounds like gradual crushing of limited portions of a testicle progressively destroys the rigid testicle outer structure until it becomes a soft sack instead of a hard structured ball. The internal tiny tubes that are packed into our balls probably can move around inside there, like soft noodles pushed around in a bowl. The sperm and testosterone making tiny tubes inside the ball are likely being damaged and detaching from their normal attaching structures inside the gonad.

Sudden full rupture of the outer testicle s semi rigid shell might become flexible enough over time and partial crushing to flex outward when crushed if there is extra space and flexibility inside the ball structure. Extra space or ability to flex outward from its normal rigid oval shell. Flexibility that past crushing basically overstretched the ball into distorted flatter shapes to allow the tubes inside to move around more and more as the rigid outer shell is crushed into a mushy ball without structure.

It seems like gradually destroying the rigidity of a hard rubber car tire until the fully inflated tire is softened up into getting flexible. Crushing an inflated car tire could result in sudden rupturing into a split open tire. I m guessing if that same inflated tire was somehow repeatedly crushed, the outer rigid tire could be ruined in sections of crushing. Forcing the outer rigid tire to flex and become distorted by moving the air inside it around until the rigid tire sides get overinflating and stretched to become softer and expanded to be come less rigid over time. Once enough outer tire was wrecked into a soft blob of rubber, the tire could bulge and deform to compensate for being pinched or crushed and not risk full rupture as much as doing the same pinching or crushing to a firm new tire.

A frequently abused and progressively distorted ball won t rupture open as likely as a fresh young, firm ball I m guessing.

I tried banding off my testicles for a good 20min until it was cold and numb to touch. Then i boil water and put it in a tube and pressed my balls with it. Hot to the extent that it is uncomfortable to hold for more than 10secs... but probably that u can withstand holding it with bare hands for about 5secs. The balls being cold n numb does not feel so much. Basically i work on the principle of cutting off some blood supply and then applying high heat. So in a way because of cut circulation n the heat... it is a bit like cooking your own balls.

I applied the heat for a good 20min and then released the balls. It feels quite dead after that. But after 2days... it feels alive again.

I am thinking of doing it again n repeatedly until my ball is somehow damaged permanently in the long run.

Yeah... I'm going to add to the recommendation to avoid trying to damage your testicles by crushing them. In fact, I am also very skeptical of injecting alcohol or other substances to kill them due to potential serious complications. If someone genuinely wants to become a Eunuch it's best to "cut out the middle man" so to speak and simply have your nuts surgically removed. There are more and more doctors willing to do a bilateral orchiectomy without the historical obstacles such as psychologists recommendations. So it cost a few thousand for the surgery but it's a one time cost then over. Just the humble opinion of a surgically castrated happy Eunuch.
