I guess we have all seen the adverts promising to lengthen cocks.

What these people forget is that many of us are also interested in encouraging "smallness'' - whether it be cock or cock and balls-

There is a medical condition where the erection will not go down naturally. It is bought on by taking drugs that for impotance that non-impotane males do not need. If untreated it causes complete impotance even with the drugs.
