I heard that the flick "cannibal holocaust" which was shown during the 80's showed a scene like that. I have not seen the movie but I've been looking around to find a DVD but it's so hard to find one that you don't have to buy online.

Also try to type penectomy in Youtube's search box and you'll find a few clips there. I've seen 2 clips from 2 Filipino films although the organs were not really shown due to excessive censorship in Philippine cinema.
