I do not believe this is possible in Italy. In addition I think that you are entirely too young (no dis-respect intended) to be considering this sort of modification. Most people undergoing castration of any type are old enough to have spent years contemplating the act and their life afterwards. Castration is forbidden by the Koran so I doubt that any muslim country would be a good choice. Also, keep in mind, the complications of surgery and the possibility of death increase greatly when anesthesia is not used. --FLO--

Even in Italy Castrati singers no longer exist. If what you want to see are videos of the process this would suggest an interest other than your own castration. As with others, and with no dis-respect, you are quite young. Discuss this with a professional or a close friend whom you know will keep your confidences. Be prepared to defend your desires with more than just a defense that is roughly "because I think it would be neat" or some such.

I have made this point in the past, but worth reiterating. A person, in my opinion, should try the chemical (hormonal) route first before contemplating surgery. Reasons are obvious. Hormonal castration will give you a good idea of what being a eunuch is like. Up to a point, you can change your mind and go back essentially to where you were. And, if you like it, you can always go for surgery later on.

Hormonal castration is painless if you take hormones in reasonable doses and especially under the care of a knowledgable doctor.

The worst alternative is to go to some quack/hack and be castrated. You can die under those circumstances. It may be fine in a fantasy story, but not in the real world.

For your sake I hope it's not. Fetishes die out pretty quickly when your body is without testosterone. Then it won't be fun anymore.
