Should you become involved with the secret police in Iran it becomes very easy to get castrated. Whether that was your intent or not.

Just a minor corection the Muslims view the Old Testament as holy, but not the new testament. Only Christians view the new testament as holy.

Every church seems to view most holy books of other religions as slightly corrupted.

I have seen some of the hanging on the net and its made me cry, what ever your views on religion this is not the way to go,

And group hangings of these poor souls in public as a form of entertainment is beyond me,

And i have to add is it not some thing to joke about here its really happening,

There is two types of hanging...

1) the traditional image of someone dropping through a trap door.

and

2) having a horse or stool pulled out from underneath you.

in the case of number one is very quick. As soon as the rope goes tight the neck snaps. Number two is very drawn out, for you suffocate to death. I do not know for sure which method they use, but I would bet its number one om which case you will quickly be in heaven.

In either case the worst part is the torture leading up to the event which could take years. It is not a form of entertainment! They are showing everyone that if you fail to fellow the rules this will happen to you! Also, they can claim you did what ever they desire just to make an example of you. Do you think the rulers get in trouble with the law? Only if the current power base decides they are not needed anymore and need an example.

Something else to consider...in order to defeat your enemy you have to understand them, and what better way to understand them then to read there books, understand there culture, and understand there leaders.

In Iran, they use a truck mounted crane in the public square and lift one up by the neck. It is slow and painful I am told. I have photos... uuggghhh

I DO most strongly urge that anyone who is concerned about the threat which militant Islam poses read the "glorious" Qur'an. It is Islam's Mein Kampf. The Muslim agenda is there, spelled out.

I have read the Qur'an three times in different translations [to see if they were mutually consistent and, therefore, presumably accurate] . It is very tedious reading. Repetition is a common literary device in the Middle East as a means of emphasis. It is carried to an extreme in the Qur'an where whole suras (books or chapters) are repeated verbatim.

Furthermore, the suras are compiled neither in chronological nor in logical order. The longest ones are first and the shortest ones last. Much of it is cribbed from the Old Testament with minor editorial emendations. BTW, translating the glorious Qur'an into a foreign language is a very serious sin.

The glorious Qur'an was given to mankind "in plain Arabic so that all might read and understand."

Amazingly, some suras speak well of the Jews as the "People of the Book" who received the first revelation from Al'lah and some even speak well of Christians who sincerely follow the precepts of their religion ! However, there is no consistency of viewpoint in the Qur'an, which argues against its being the product of a single author, i.e. Mohammed.

However, do not let the foregoing comments discourage you from reading it ! Note, especially that jihad, combat against infidels for the advancement and propagation of Islam, is enjoined as a religious obligation upon every able-bodied Muslim male.

Although it was said, not in the Qur'an, but by a modern Muslim cleric quite recently, the following quotation seems to me to summarise the attitude of the relevant passages in the Qur'an. "The world will never be dar as-salaam

[the house of peace] until it is dar al-Islam [the House of Islam]." I.e., there will never be peace until the entire world is converted to Islam.

Don't take my word for the sinister agenda of Islam. READ THE "GLORIOUS" QUR'AN.

In my humble opinion, it always comes down to the people themselves and not so much the religion. They just use it for a convenient excuse to do bad things to others.

Correct. In Iran they use the very painful method of hanging by choking. Depending on the type of rope used, death can take place in 4 or 5 minutes to almost half an hour.

Yup, that's the religion of peace (to those who know me, you knew this comment was coming).

Genderless, I agree that people are the problem but islam is not a religion, it is a political movement intent on world domination by any means. You can't make friends with a cancer, you can only cut it out and destroy it.

.

.................................................. ..................................................

I watched a M peg of them hanging a young lesbian she had the noose put around her neck, She was then slowly hoisted up off the ground by a crane it took several minutes for her struggles to stop, I also saw on the same channel four men hung by the same method.

There is no one there to hold there hand, or to lend a shoulder to cry on.
