How about fertility?

From the above-linked datasheet (
): "The temporary inhibition of fertility in male and female rats brought about by daily oral treatment did not in any way indicate that treatment with [cyproterone acetate] leads to spermatozoa or ovocyte damage which could lead to malformations or impairment of fertility in the offspring." It doesn't mention how long "temporary" was.

Is there such a thing as a "safe period" for the use of chemical castration, which wouldn't affect fertility? Does this vary between D-P, Spiro and Androcur?

Why would D-P be any different to Androcur in terms of reversibility?

I am back on a low dose of androcur to keep my morning woodys at bay (caged again), and I am finding that even though I have been back on it for 4 days or so after only a 2 week break the morning woodys are becoming quite noticeable. 2 weeks ago there were absolutely no sign of them. I am going to resist the temptation to go higher than 25mg / day though.

Noticed tho that the cage ring was a bit easier to get on this time, I guess my balls have gotten a little bit smaller.

must admit this low dose is not enough to have a large impact on my libido though. I am going to try mixing a bit of Proscar (choped into 4 bits/one bit per day, far cheaper than buying propecia) with it to see if some of my hair comes back and helps keep the dosage lower on the Androcur as well as temper but not eliminate my libido. Not that one can totally believe everything the wiki says but it seems to indicate a combination of the 2 in lower dose is both safer and more effective.
