A few more T-shirt ideas. Not practical, but these would be funny as T-shirts in cartoons, with onlookers showing the appropriate reactions.

I think the eunuch symbol should be made from the male symbol since eunuchs are made from men:

the male symbol with the arrow curving downward to represent impotence

and

the circle being dashed rather than solid to represent the missing balls

or

the circle with a diagonal slash through it as in the international road sign for "no"

or

perhaps the circle both slashed and dashed
