Isn't the clitorectomy (female circumcision, a.k.a., female castration) a very common form of genital mutilation in Africa and the Middle East? It seems that this would be easy to get if you were to travel.

Regarding traveling to get female circumcision, it would not be that easy. The majority of it is done by family members, or local village matrons. Some doctors do it, but it is illegal, even in those countries, and I expect they would be reluctant to do it to a foreigner. Plus, do you really trust foreign doctors?

You'd have better luck getting a clitorectomy from an experienced body mod artist in a Western country. If anything goes wrong you are just a phone call away from good medical care.
