One of the scenarios I think about a bit is a mutual effort on a follow-the-leader basis i.e. starting off with everything shaved and prepared, one bands the other who then returns the favour with the subsequent activities following through the application of several bands, the initial scrotum cut, the excision of one ball, the removal and cleaning out of the tunica, the tying off of the cord (twice), the final snip followed by the same proceedures on the other side and final stitching up of the scrotum, all done as sterile as possible followed finally by release of the bands and liberal antobiotics internally and externally plus betadeine all over the area to keep it as sterile as possible etc. It would be a very intense experience if you had the right partner. I'm sure there are some of you out there like me who don't actually want to be castrated, but find the fantasy pretty hot.
