Sounds like the guys who recommend avoiding sack removal with the castration have been castrated for years so , yes, there's not much sack remaining. What about guys like me, 55 yo? Not sure I want to wait 10 more years! for my sack to shrivel to nearly nothing. Besides, the sacks on us older guys tend to hand a little lower to begin with.

In my case, the "baggy" as FUBG refers to it, is mostly shrunk up, and did so fairly quickly, although it easily expands some upon tugging and manipulation. However, for the most part, it really isn't an issue, except in summer. When I get a bit hot and moist, that damned thing sticks to my leg. Strictly for cosmetic purposes, I wouldn't mind it gone, but for practical purposes - at least for me - it isn't an issue. Aside from that, while Kimmel may be good at snipping orbs, from the work I've seen, he is definitely NOT good at baggy clipping. Rather heavy scarification on those I've seen - I would prefer a bit more plastic surgical skill involved.
