It shrivels slowly over the years and now after 15 years there is not much left.

After i was castrated i didn't care what it looked like anymore.

I agree mine has shriveled and is not very noticeable. After the swelling was gone everything tucked up nicely. Just a little mound underneath my shrunken penis.

Thanks for the good advice. I think a basic C job will do nicely, and save $1200.

Sounds like the guys who recommend avoiding sack removal with the castration have been castrated for years so , yes, there's not much sack remaining. What about guys like me, 55 yo? Not sure I want to wait 10 more years! for my sack to shrivel to nearly nothing. Besides, the sacks on us older guys tend to hand a little lower to begin with.

Here's one option:

In my case, the "baggy" as FUBG refers to it, is mostly shrunk up, and did so fairly quickly, although it easily expands some upon tugging and manipulation. However, for the most part, it really isn't an issue, except in summer. When I get a bit hot and moist, that damned thing sticks to my leg. Strictly for cosmetic purposes, I wouldn't mind it gone, but for practical purposes - at least for me - it isn't an issue. Aside from that, while Kimmel may be good at snipping orbs, from the work I've seen, he is definitely NOT good at baggy clipping. Rather heavy scarification on those I've seen - I would prefer a bit more plastic surgical skill involved.

Truth is, I think I will want the sack left when I am castrated. For severals reasons.

1. The omniscient Kristoff points out the Kimmel doesn't always do a satisfactory job with sack removals.

2. It may be Kimmel I wind up going to for my castration.

3. I think the empty sack would make a fun play thing, or at least conversation piece, for an intact male or another eunuch lover.

Did I mention that I simply cannot imagine a female fondling my sack, whether it's stuffed with my balls or not? I wonder if this says anything significant about me?

You can always get the sack removed later and it takes longer to heal if you get your sack cut off. At least that's what most have written.
