Won't make it to the brain...
...it will get stopped in the lungs...pulmonary embolism... they can be pretty fatal. Better to cut 'em off with a kitchen knife than to risk a pulmonary embolism. Of course, if you stop putting oxygen into the blood you may as well have a big stroke. The brain will be just as dead...
