I've just made a pleasing discovery about how to more comfortably organise my annoyingly large and heavy genitalia within my underpants.

Well, the tape always seems too fiddly to be worth the effort, but my balls tend to pop back out if I don't use it.

What I'm using instead is a girls hair care product known in this country as 'Scrunchies', which are elasticated hair bands used for holding long hair back in a pony tail. The best ones for this purpose are quite wide and bulky, being covered in bright-coloured textured fabric. I think the narrow elastic-band type would probably dig into your skin and be uncomfortable. The great benefit of the scrunchy is that it pulls tight, but doesn't close up tightly enough to constrict blood flow.

Push your balls up into their groin pockets, wrap your scrotum up around your penis and then slip a scrunchy over the whole bundle to hold everything secure and tuck your penis back between your legs. You need to wear a tightish pair of underpants to keep it all in place. The style of girls panties known as 'boyleg' do this quite well.

I road-tested this technique over a whole weekend, out in public, doing plenty of bending, lifting and carrying, and it works great - not once did a ball escape.

Well, yes, but that's not quite the point. It seems to me that one of the main reasons for chaps disliking their genitals is the unrelenting discomfort of having that sweaty great vulnerable bunch of flesh globbering about between their legs. This offers a fair interim solution to that problem, in the often lengthy period prior to surgical intervention. The sticky tape business, as I said, seemed like a lot of bother to me, but the scrunchy is reuseable, which is a big advantage, and you don't need to shave either.

Just a note of caution, the increase in temperature caused by preventing the natural descent (into the cooler scrotum where the temperature is regulated to one lower than the body core) can cause impotence. This I am sure depends on how long you maintain the `tuck position`. It may also be noted that undescended testicles are normaly more susceptable to cancer, I do not know wether forcing them back into the canal for extended periods would increase risk but it may be worth checking if thinking of doing this for long periods.

realme, jesus is correct, that is not me and it may never be, im thinking about it as an option and liked the work. the lack of ugly scar and smoothness is impressive. I have seen scrotal removal photos that are ugly as hell....

Even for cosmetic procedures such as circ or male enhancement he requires a psyc letter, I am in communication with him about some cosmetic issues, he will need the psyc letter before he even can go beyond business end of things.
