With such a great group of people there was no Judas. mrt I am sorry I did not get to talk to you at the buffet.

Well, in a nutshell, my reputation is ALL shot to HELL!

I was witnessed by a crowd not only cooking steaks at the Convent, but also bringing flowers and later doing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen. I want this from MY own confession before the rumors begin to fly!

Poor Jesus was awakened 2 nights in a row by me stumbling in from closing 2 bars 2 nights straight (ahem...sorry). At "Camp", it was noticed by one "popcorn boy" that Erica has boobs! I thought I was going to have to kick his ass for offending the Lady, but Erica is more than capable of defending herself.

As Kristoff said on a few occasions, we never knew my eyes could get so wide! I suppose I have led a sheltered existence for the last few years, as evidenced by how I tortured anyone I could corner with photos of "the pack" of 'my' boys. I'm sure the thought of, "Oh, no, not the pictures again!" was said a few times.

As always, River's cooking was just a delight. Talula and Gemm's hospitality was beyond repute. The pizza for dinner was great, too, as was Fraj's performance for the radio show.

"Oh, bollocks! I'm not in the UK anymore!"

Having never flown on a jet before, even though it was only a ~1 hour flight, the trip up was great. The trip back, I paid for. For a while, after a 3 hour delay, I thought I was going home with Jesus. Then when we flew above that one storm, I literally thought I was about to meet Jesus. It didn't help that a - shall we say - non-Caucasian passenger was 'bumped' from the flight, seated right next to me, too. One engine smoked a bit on takeoff, too. That was mildly alarming. I asked the Captain who had taken the seat next to me for a parachute as he began studying his 757 updated manual.

"To deice the wings, press the amber button labeled 'deice' located, in amber, near the upper left..." OH MY GOD...that was all of that I could take!

And yes, I did frighten a few other diners at the Buffet with the light saber. Several others were privileged enough to handle the red light saber as well. It's currently on its was to Jesus' grandson, since they wouldn't let me take it on the plane. I was also "felt up" at the airport, can you imagine?! How dare they touch ME?! He was cute tho, so I didn't complain. I went out to smoke later and had to get felt up again when I returned! Now I know how the Fraj felt. I also owe so much to Jesus for getting me there and back. This whole jet thing just made me a nervous wreck. I think I peed eight times at the airport waiting.

And many thanks to Bobbie for all his hard work, and the cooking of burgers, brats, etc.

I know I'm leaving things out, but so much went on it would be impossible to write it all up.

Can't wait for next year!

Thanks to all who came and made it such a wonderful time.

I wanted to thank everyone who worked so hard to make this happen. What an incredible event. I will write more at a later time since I am still floating. Having an online community is great, being with that community in person is better than I could have imagined. It was tough to go back home once you have shared the joy of the community.

Well so am I. *Sorry I didn't get to chat. This group is like a 10 on the fun-o-meter.

Can't take a light saber on the airlines? Now, I see it. Islamic terrorists taking over the airplane with a light saber? PLEASE....

Ok, tell me about this body cavity search you were demanding at the Airport oh Dark Lord of the Sith???

What should I say, being the partner of the host of the 2007 Midwest MoM? To start, Bobbie did a absolute fantastic job. MoM's are his brain storm. He has lived for each one of them, the same as he has lived for the chat room and for teaching "newbies" to start with a Chemical castration drug and making sure that they really want this before they move ahead. Oh the rooster for this event: Bobbie, Bryan, Budley Bear, Daughter, Erica Ann, IEunuch, Incuse, Jesus, Ken_SD, Kristoff, Lilac, milwtom3332, mrt, OneBallBoi, Paolo, Plix, Riverwind, Robby, Talula, Thefarj, tugon and Uncle Flo. FAMILY, yes, this group is my family. These people are the ones that make everything complete and important to me. The ones that I love. And oh, did I grow to love come new ones. My hat goes off and I salute each one of these men that are in authority. They do a fantastic job at monoritoring and shepherding the flock.

Thanks, OBB, for the reminder.

Yes, we all owe a great deal of thanks to Bobbie - the cooking being the least, I think!

I made it home today, back in Memphis. After all of the complaints I heard about flights and such I just knew I'd experience some kind of trouble. Nope, in fact, I was ten minutes ahead of schedule...

Off the subject of the flight.

This is my first MOM to ever go to and now I'm addicted. The people were so great. There must be something in the air in Hudson, WI... Maybe T-Free sweat? Unsure...

I haven't been all that involved in the message boards like I should have been, so I had heard names thrown about, but didnt really know anyone very well. I got to meet Ken_SD. He and I shared a good number of really decent conversations. Talula, Jesus, EricaAnn, Plix, Tugon, River, and TheFraj are also all great people who would have individually made the trip worthwhile for me. The others I didn't spend much time speaking too, but what little we did was excellent. OneBallBoi really went beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable during my stay in the trailer. We ended up closer than ever before.

The whole event brought happiness to my life to let me know that hey, I'm NOT alone. The diversity of the group is so great and shows that eunuchs really do come from all over the place. I'll be going to any future MOMs. :)

Bobbie also did an excellent job bringing it all together and really making it happen. Especially since had it not been for OneBallBoi and Bobbie, I would have not even been able to attend.

So, as I understand it...

• Everyone had a GREAT time

• Kristoff spent three days running around (that floozy)

• Paolo was attacked and defended himself against an invisible adversary at the restaurant. :)

• And Lilac was hugged constantly :)
