You'd have to see the episode of Get A Life that that's from for it to make much sense. The part at the end, as the credits are rolling Chris Elliot actually has a cat strapped to his face while singing Mr Bojangles in a high voice. lol.. It's hilarious. That was probably my favorite episode of that idiotic show (I love stupid silly comedy).

With all the independent-minded eunuchs and castration wannabes that frequent this site, can you imagine how many guys would rush to be castrated if it were both affordable and socially acceptable? Handicapped, elderly, disfigured, sexually depraved, intimately disinterested, to name just a few. With the world's population exploding at an alarming rate, wouldn't castration be part of a solution that the right wing nuts cases couldn't even put down with all that scripture on our side?
