Since this is a topic near and dear to my heart. *Because mine are both screwed up.

I wanted to post what I think is the best information on testicle size.

Referencing the AACE Guideline to Hypogonadism (2002 edition)

Pre-Pubertal testes are betwen 3 and 4 ml in volume and less then 2 cm long.

Peripubertal testes are between 4 and 15 ml in volume and more then 2 cm long.

Adult testes are usually between 20 and 30 ml in volume and from 4.5 to 6.5 cm long by 2.8 to 3.3 cm wide.

Mine have always been small as an adult (peripubertal size?), but fully functional (2 kids). I've always had a high T level too, with lots of acne in my teen years.

Now that I have shut down my right one, it is slowly shrinking to prepubertal size. I don't know my T level right now, but I suspect it is drastically lower as sex is losing its appeal although I can still service my wife.

Damn!!! I may have missed out on getting in on having prepubertal status but I AM definately in the peripubertal status world of Peter Pan with my 2x3 cm laughables. However I do think that they had expanded a few years ago and even went to the doctor with that concern. At least they didn't laugh. But in a couple of weeks I may be able to tell for sure if they had had held consistently to the status of prepuberty. So in the city of brotherly love, I'll have them removed out of the bag where I can take a closer look at them, carefully measure them and weigh them and then put them in some other bag or something like that. Maybe I'll have them glazed and strung on a necklace:

--"What is the matter with you? Don't you have any balls?"

--"Well why yes. As a matter of fact they're right here."

Once this girlfriend of mine left me saying "I will never get any children out of YOU." And she had had even tested me and found that I was "absolutely worthless". So after having been evaluated as an absolutely worthless human being and after having gotten over my humiliation I was once again able to go out and enjoy life (this time even more so) no longer straining to live up to certain imposed social expectations which I simply was not able to adhere to. "All she wanted was another baby."
