Eunuchs don't lose their hair, so, yes, chemical castration will stop hairloss. However, at your age you must also consider the other side effects like lower libido and probably poorer and less hard erections. also osteoporosis on the long run is a great risk- think carefully before acting.

Actually, you made more than two posts. You made 6 with the same question. Once is enough. I deleted the others. Multiple posts of the same item won't be accepted.

If that is your only reason for doing it then you ought to consider other approaches first. However, if you no longer desire,... uh, desire, then you might be interested to know that I'm actually growing hair on my previously bald head for the first time in years.

Without testosterone you shouldn't lose any hair on your head. Just like women don't go bald either.

There are plenty of women with thinning hair or are partially or completly bald. Some of these women have balding from the same mechanism as men but there is also a female specific balding process. The chances of losing your hair are much less when deprived of androgens but it is not absolute. --FLO--

Think of it this way - if there WERE a surefire cure for being a bald man, would you see any out there anywhere?

Well thanks for that info. I just could never remember seeing a bald women unless she was under chemo therapy for cancer.
