I imagine that it's still there, just hidden, if nobody posts anything at a certain time like the post is hidden, look for it, maybe it's there.

Very short stories often come across on the Internet (and sometimes not fiction, but documentaries).

But perhaps you reject such videos for publication in this thread?

There is something on YouTube, but not as much as before and you have to search a lot.

Excellent movie. I have a DVD with original language, and an English track done by the same actors. Max von Sydow is a great actor, and the boy who plays Pelle (also named Pelle) is simply amazing in the role.

Matt is right, in that this scene sets up the dynamic of Pelle's advancement, as well as using the brief nudity scene to confirm that the owner of the farm has indeed just been emasculated.

n the movie Pelle the Conqueror the farmworkers are awaken in the middle of the night by the screams of the owner who had just been castrated by his jealous wife. Twelve year old Pelle runs outside naked to see what all the commotion is about. Although he is prepubescent we see that he has balls and a penis unlike the recently emasculated landowner. I interpreted it as meaning the balance of power was shifting from the rich man to the penniless young boy.
