Re: Lumps under my nipples
My endocrinologist tells me once gyno begins in POST puberty males it normally can only be "corrected" by surgery. The softening of your aureole is a first sign of gyno, usually accompanied by "itchy/soreness" under the nipple.

Should nipples be hard, I mean when not erect or whatnot? I don't understand what is meant by that. The guy I was seeing recently had these hard, leatherly nipples.. is that normal for a male?

I think you must have lower natural testosterone levels than me (mine must be quite high -- it's annoying quite a bit). My breast buds only appeared when I tried replacement with estrogen and disappeared quickly after stopping -- no hardness or lumps at all.

my T level is unknown now, last time i was checked i think it was at like 15-18, some thing like that.
when i was on the E, my chest always hurt, not just the boobiez, the whole dumb chest.

Just wondering for those of you who tried this, when you mention breast buds or pain int he chest, where breasts noticeable or was it more of just a feeling? Is it something that people would comment on?

I'm on E all the time and my left breast is always itchy, but I like it. Am I odd?

Re: Lumps under my nipples
My breast buds began a year or so after I started using patches. I woke one morning to notice the first signs to my surprise. Really exciting. Now some 2 and a half later, they're nicely rounded and bounce when I run. Worth persevering unless you want a girlfriend.
