Thanks for the article, which I was interested in as a male with osteopenia (not clear why, as I'm not castrated). Luckily for me Fosamax doesn't have any perceptible side effects, though.

Thanks for posting that! I will be looking forward to trying out this "Zometa" or "zoledronic acid" for myself. It is the risk of osteoporosis that has been the biggest road block for me and knowing I could get a once a year treatment for it really tips the scale in favor of castration for me.

i will not be trying out any new drugs. i am threw with that failing approach.

i take calcium everyday.

should be enough.
