Newly adopted family.

Yesterday I was greeted with such open arms when Matt’s family arrived at my door. When they found out the very bad news, they hug us so hard. It was really an emotional experience. We spent a good part of the day making arrangement for Matt’s funeral. One of the hardiest things that I can do. They treated ( Ralph ) OneBallBoi and I just like one of there other boys (Matt’s brother’s) They made us so very much feel like one of the family. I am sure this is an exception to the norm but is so refreshing that some people are so accepting of others that are often called very strange or worse. Being around them was a real pleasure again today when more family arrived. All went out of their way to greet us with a great big hug. Being called one of theirs son’s or one of the brothers was such an honor.

I have never been to any of my reunions for the same reason. I people that I cared about in school, I still see. The rest, I don't care.
