Ive been wondering is this true????? i wasnt sure, sorry i prob sound so stupid!!!!!

What about chemical castartiion? same effects? Does it have an effect on the shape of body in anyway?

I think thats true. Body shape is often caused by high estrogen levels that can happen when you much with your testosterone levels. Have you doc keep an eye on everything. If estrogen starts to be a trouble talk to the Doc about low doses of Arimidex?

It is often noted in old treatises about eunuchs that those castrated before puberty never went bald, and that those castrated after - if they had some scalp hair loss - had their hairline "freeze" where it was. This is what led to the belief that balding/bald men were "veritable buckets of virility" (R. Tannahill, Sex in History) because the eunuchs were ... well ... eunuchs.

From what I have read, the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the male body is what affects male pattern baldness. Propecia, one of those modern miracle pills that causes more damage than it repairs, blocks the effects of DHT, thus stopping hair loss and making it possible for some regrowth.

Personally, when my own T. levels crashed some years ago, my hair stopped thinning. But by then, it was pretty much too late!

Others have reported a slowdown in balding after chemical or physical castration here as well, I just don't recall WHO they are/were.

However, I don't think castration of pre-balding boys/men is ever going to catch on as a baldness cure.
