I just found two slasher movies that are about castration " Junk Bucket " and its sequel "Junk Bonds". The perpetrator runs around mutilating men and women because his mother castrated him. It's an over the top comedy with fake penises galore, but wonderfully silly

So yet more castration scenes featuring hunky Dave Parker. There's a cheesy one in "Bath Salts Zombie " where you can see the bleeding stump and severed penis, but it's not convincing. In " Plank Face" which is on amazon video , there's a very realistic castration at about 15 minutes 30 seconds. Dave Parker seem to be the "Kastration King " of low budget horror movies. This is the third castration scene he's in, sort of the male equivalent of the " scream queen " He's not a bad actor, giving the moment a realistic surprise and disbelief as his sex organs are sliced off
