don't worry matey, that's one thing I did check beforehand... I'd heard a right ol' horror story (on tv of all places) about a guy that injected cocaine directly into the base of his cock and that is exactly the mistake he made - he wound up losing most of his fingers and toes, his penis and the end of his nose to gangrene/necrosis, poor sod! not something I think he intended by any means!!

When I first tried out the numbing, I used the lidocaine purely on the skin of my penis and scrotum and made sure I had a very good idea of where the nerves were first so that I didn't do any lasting damage (yet! ), plus I also studied the information leaflet in depth... the other thing to mention is that apart from occassional backache, overall i'm in good health otherwise I wouldn't have taken the risk - I value my life high above anything else - although, as I have already admitted, I didn't know about the potential long-term damage (thanx again for the tip )

actually, i've heard that our urology ward and theatre will soon be looking for more staff so i'm hoping to get a post in either of these to increase my knowledge of the workings of 'down there' (plus it will all come in handy to help me learn how to carry out my own castration too...)

So all-in-all, i've decided to 'pass' on any more injections directly into my balls - after all, they won't be much good as trophies after castration if i've destroyed them thru multiple injections right? Very true Flo, but only Lidocaine W/Epinephrine contains Epinephrine, all Lidocaine does not contain Epi. The Epinephrine does make the numbing effect last longer, but yes care MUST be taken when using it, and many people are allergic to it.
