Masters Marketing question

Post by nosexhormones (imported) »

Recently I purchased some medication from Masters Marketing and about two days later my credit card company called me because I had a double charge on my account which looked suspicious. Masters Marketing double charged me for no reason. I had the bank cancel the second charge and keep the first one so I can receive my order. I emailed them today about the problem and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Has anybody else experienced this problem before? I think I remember reading in the archives about one or more persons going through the same problem, but I can't remember for certain.

Welcome to the site, and well done on registering after such a long time.. lol

I have never had an dealing with that company, but I would recommend inhousepharmacy (http://www.inhousepharmacy.co.uk/).

I had read your other post and would like to wish you good luck with your goals.

Having dealt with credit card processing for years, I can tell you it's not unusual for the host company that processes charges to have a "burp", thus resulting in a double charge. MOST of the time, a simple call will solve this problem, seeing as how the charges will show up with the same date, time, location, etc. If it's not a huge charge, it's nothing to get excited about.

However, when you have the same charge show up 18 times in a row, then you know there's a problem ...

I had ordered 3 times from them (MM) last year and hadn't had a problem.

I got an email from the Masters Marketing this morning. They said they were aware of the extra charge and that they promptly took care of it. So it's so far so good from here on out, hopefully everything else goes smoothly.
