You'll probably have to see if Amazon or Netflix or someone carries it.

If you're one of those unscrupulous people who uses a torrent client, don't try that. The only version that I ever saw, from the sample, was unwatchable due to low quality.

has a very graphic castration scene

at 1 hour 13 minutes approximately. The victim is played by uber hottie Dave Parker the close up of his genitals looks very real.
