I am male (which makes me sad!) and I have a good female friend. We would both like to try being hung or suspended by our genitals. I imagine being suspended above the ground by just my penis. She is thinking or imagining the same only with her being suspended above the ground by clamps atttached to her inner and outer lips as well as her clit.

Can anyone tell us if this is possible to do? If so what is the impact on the body? Are there any pictures out there of this being done?

Not that I recommend it, but there are several photos on bmezine of people suspended from their scrotums - the skin here appears remarkably tough. Don't be overweight though. . . . . .

You may severly damage and stretch the cords of your testicles, which may result in testicle death. Extreme weight on your penis may rip it free from the suspensory ligament and then it can be easily ripped out of your body. Reattaching a penis that has been ripped out of ones body is not easy and it probably will not be reattached.

I've tried suspension from balls a few times, photos in BME. Don't use thin wire though, otherwise off they will come. Its a pleasant feeling, can hurt tho'. I've been suspended 3-4 fet off the ground and swinging free, but body weight distribution means you swing upside down.

Someone experienced in bondage may help you. There are dangers, as some point out here. Those are not to be taken lightly. But with knowledge (that I don't have, unfortunately) it can be done, just as others testify to.

Instead of suspending, why not look into doing a pull? They can essentially hook your scrotum to her labia, and the two of you pull against each other.
