Don't be insensitive, A-1.
You have issues too - like being unable to see perfectly visible car keys, or having such an active heterosexual libido. You should get some serious professional help with the latter.
This initial post takes on a few different forms at first glance:
1. Someone who needs valid advice.
2. A Troll.
3. Someone who may already be educated and is seeking a cutter.
With the exception of #2, I think that serious advice is in order. I'd advise frar_2 to use the search function

and type in any questions that come to mind. There's plenty here to read without just running right out and having your balls lopped off without proper research.
In the event of #2, should it turn out that way, I WILL deal with it.
In the event of #3, we do not condone underground cutters. Talking with a doctor, or yes - even a shrink - can be difficult, but is the best first step to take.
