yeah, it is hard on the liver, but, from what i can gather Spironolactone gives you more feminine affects than Androcur. So it depends what affects your looking for.

Well it's been about a week and a half since I started taking Spiro. I bumped the doesage up to 200mg a day a couple of days ago.I have the doesage up high b/c I'm thinking that I probably have a higher testosterone level than average. I've seen my sexual desire go down quite a bit but everything is still fully functioning. I've read that energy goes down when on a chemical castration regimine but I seem to have more energy. I'm attributing that to not wanting to just sit in front of the computer all the time.
