questions about penectomy
What i want to be done (not a fantasy) is to be performed a complete removal of penis, his attachments and nerves. An urethral reroute to the scrotum, sperm ducts tied to become unable to empty my testicles and prostate. I want this to be done because i want to stay constantly full of desire about my wife but being unable to empty my sore balls nor to experience some orgasm. I want my balls to fill again and again becoming painfull through days, months. The only way to empty them would be through punction. I'd like to know if someone here experiences it. I've read it on the net and would know if it is possible. Thanks to all.

Re: questions about penectomy
Hello Christophe,
I see it's your first post, so I wish you welcome to the EA. But I have to make you a bit disapointed, I'm afraid. While you can DO most of what you describe physicaly, the effects aren't quite what you hope for.
Removal of the entire penis, including root, and severing of the nerves are possible. Your problem will be to find a legal, safe way to have it done, as that is not easily available. If at all. Cutting and tying the sperm ducts (known as vas deferens) is a rather simple procedure. It is a vasectomy, that you can probably have done in a lot of ordinary urological clinics anywhere in France.
It is possible to remove the prostate gland, but not - as far as I know - to physicly block or cancel it in any other way. Removal is regularly done in cases of protstate cancer. Many here can tell you more about the effects, but I don't think it would be what you wanted it to be from what you describe.
Let's say you get both the other procedures done - penectomy as well as vasectomy. Your balls won't actually swell from a build up of seamen or fluids. It will be reabsorped by the body. But it would be possible for you to experience the full frustration of it, due to lack of sexual relief.
(Actually, in that perspective removal of the prostate would serve to take away the last possible means of stimulation to acchieve ejaculation. But I would advise you to think twice about that, as it will have other effects as well. For many men it is not possible to reach ejaculation but self-stimulus of tha prostate, since it is difficult to reach and may not be sensitive enough without the help of for example a tens-unit. In that case it would serve no purpose to remove it as it could be very difficult for you to find relief, without help anyway.)
But what we cannot acchieve in real life - there is always fantasy to resort to. It may not be all that we wish for, but sometimes it is the only way...
There is a special forum for discusions of penectomy and related issues as well. In the "Eunuch Archives Message Boards", way down, there is a link to Special Interest Groups / Archive Penectomy Forums.
Once more, welcome.

Re: questions about penectomy
thanks for your answer, i've read here more than i read for years, thanks, thanks... and is it possible through chemical ir surgery to have an erect cock, to be constantly aroused, but no way to achieve an orgasm? that's my second solution, i mean keeping sexual interest without possibilities to reach an orgasm, and being constantly frustrated to death?

Re: questions about penectomy
...
Well, I sure hope so...
Denial of the urges and needs most often associated with sexuality is - I think - a major part of the fascination and attraction for most of us who desire a penectomy within some kind of domination/submissive context. Keeping the testicles and scrotum intact, but removing the penis, would seem to do this. And most testemonies confirm this. But castration is so much more common then penectomy that it is a bit difficult to say what kind of variation one should expect.
The results may vary individualy, but the wish to be denied sexual fulfillment seems to be shared by many (though not all) who seek penectomy.

Re: questions about penectomy
A simple vasectomy would not eliminate the prostate fluid that is expelled by an orgasm. To stay frustrated would require that the prostate be full of semen but with the release blocked somehow. I am not sure this is surgically possible or even desirable due to cancer issues.
A continuous erection lasting more than four hours would result in blood clotting in the penis and risk of death due to embolism or gangrene. So a continuous erection is not possible either.
A complete nullo operation would result in a total lack of sexual desire.
Better stick to the fantasy as I doubt that the reality would be possible or lead to the result you seek.

In fact this is possible, and is generally treated as an emergency, often with a minor surgery to relieve the erection.

Re: questions about penectomy
Actually, there is a surgery which would allow you to have a permanently erect dick. Just take a look at the penile implants. Of course, you'll never have a natural erection again, but depending upon the type of implant your dick will be erect for life.

Re: questions about penectomy
thanks for your answers, i've found a new option, what would be the effects if i get a penile implant, remove penile nerves and have a vasectomy?

Re: questions about penectomy
Well, if you plan on cutting the nerves to the glans, an implant would be the only way to have an erection. And if you have a permanent erection through an implant but cannot actually feel any pleasure from intercourse or other activity, that would certainly be a very nice twist. You would be able to "serve" but not gain any physical stimulation yourself.
I've had the idea myself, but I prefer a penectomy. I very much like the idea that my partner seek his or her pleasure with other partners while I take care of household chores and other things at home. Cuckolding has always been a strong turn on for me, in it self or in combination with penectomy-fantasies.
And as my mistress is about to move in to my apartment this very evening, at least the part about the household chores are about to come true. Oh bliss. Of a kind...

Re: questions about penectomy
thanks for all of your answers, a last question, is there anyone who knows a vet, a surgeon or a MD to perform it in France or near?
