Since is nose is all flesh and cartridge couldn't the septum piercing eventually pull out? Where as the way i was thinking you have a jaw bone to keep a ring from coming out.

#1 is called a lowbret, however I've never seen it loop back into the mouth, but I assume its possible... But I'm not sure which side of the jaw its on...

A lowbret is outside the jaw, and is still basically just a lip piercing.

Cartilage is extremely strong. Whilst the piercing might stretch, it is extremely unlikely that it would pull out except under the most extreme circumstances.

If any one is interested in getting this type of piercing they might have more luck if they called it a 'labret'.

As Ieunuch says, it is just a flesh piercing most often seen in the middle of the chin just below the lower lip - make shaving a bit difficult.

Well, there is a slight difference between a labret and a lowbret. The former is placed higher up on the lower lip, often just below the lip itself. The latter is somewhat similar, but is placed as low as possible. Stick a finger down between your lower lip and gums, and the lowbret would essentially be placed right about where the very tip of your finger rests.

Yeah, I know. Fiddly little difference. It's surprising how many names there are for the various placements of piercings. (Medusa, Madonna, labret, lowbret, Jestrum, vertical labret, etc etc etc.) And that's not even including regional or alternate names that some piercings have.

Actually, a quick look through the BME Encyclopedia shows that there is indeed a piercing that passes from inside the mouth to under the jaw. It's called a 'sprung piercing (http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Sprung_Piercing)'. No mention of any risks or dangers, however. That doesn't mean there aren't any.
