I wonder if someone happens to know what movie this clip came from.

I saw it in a camp in the Andes in 1995. We rented lots of movies then to pass evenings while freezing our balls off. This was a promotional clip added on to the movie that we rented. It started with a young, attractive couple lying in bed naked, probably after a rousing screw. Then she slowly, sensually ties his hands to the bed. Then she ties his feet. Then this knife appears. She holds it to his throat and then slowly, teasingly moving it south across his chest and stomach and (POOF) the clip is ended.

Any ideas anyone?
